Christian/Christian Friendly Site of the Day:

Carry On Ministries

Carrie McDonnall is the author of "Facing Terror," which tells the story
of her and her husband's life and ministry together. Carrie served as a
missionary to Iraq with her husband, David, aiding the Iraqi people in
relief and development work. They desired to bring True Hope to a people
who have only known darkness and oppression. On March 15, 2004, she and
her husband were attacked by terrorists along with three of their
coworkers on the crowded streets of Mosul. Their three co-workers (Larry
and Jean Elliot, and Karen Watson) died that day. David survived long
enough to see his wife to safety the next day. Carrie is the lone
survivor of this horrific attack.
